CORE CATCHER CLAMP

This is a clamp for grasping a tube that is suspended into water and vibrated into the soil. The soil is then removed and analyzed. This clamp is fabricated using a 4" type 304 stainless pipe. The flange is 3/4" thick and 8" in diameter. Though the tube and soil sample are not that heavy, this part has to be over-built because of the vibration.
